Bistro Valencia-style flavoured oil from Epos
The Valencia-style flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, orange, oil marinade containing a sprinkling of crushed black pepper. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combine a selection of herbs and spices, such as black pepper, rosemary and paprika granulate and, naturally, also contains orange flavouring. The marinade has the typical flavour and fragrance of the fruits for which the city of Valencia is famous – oranges and mandarins.

Bistro Valencia-style oil is suitable for marinating chicken and white fish and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as fruity sea bass fillets and Spanish chicken thighs: marinate them in or with the Valencia-style oil marinade and add a garnish of fresh herbs or a slice of orange. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.
In a handy jerry can
The thick, viscous, Bistro Valencia-style flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
