Bistro Smokey Bastard flavoured oil from Epos
The Smokey Bastard flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a red oil marinade with crunchy sea salt and vegetable granules and a very pronounced smoky taste. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines a number of herbs and spices, paprika powder, turmeric, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper and Jalapeño pepper and is completed with garlic granules, onion granules, paprika granules and smoke flavouring. The marinade will give your products a delicious smoky flavour so is perfect with meat, fish and poultry that will be cooked on a barbecue.

Bistro Smokey Bastard oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of poultry, pork and beef and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as salmon fishcakes, bacon steaks and baked hake fillets: marinate them in or with the Smokey Bastard oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious with pulled pork and spareribs. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

The thick, viscous, Bistro Smokey Bastard flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
