The Mississippi-style flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, red, oil marinade with flecks of crushed black pepper that will make your specialities stand out in the display counter. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines herbs and spices that are often used in Cajun cooking such as black and white pepper, paprika powder and garlic powder with the addition of paprika concentrate, natural garlic flavouring, smoke flavouring and tomato powder. The marinade combines the fulsome, mildly spiced taste of paprika and tomato with a tantalizing smoky tinge and has an appetising smoked paprika and pepper aroma.

Bistro Mississippi-style oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of poultry, pork and beef and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as hamburgers, rack of lamb, stuffed chicken breasts and roast pork: marinate them in or with the Mississippi oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious with stuffed Portobello mushrooms. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). In a handy jerry can
The thick, viscous, Bistro Mississippi-style flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
